The car they are in now — the trade
The purchase voucher expires on a date or a mileage, whichever lands first. On a high-mileage car the miles usually go first.
The car they are buying — the new one
The dropdown has a studio shot of every current Mazda. For the actual car on the lot, use the inventory photo — upload it, or copy an image and press Ctrl+V anywhere on this page.
The written copy never states a payment — nothing is credit-approved yet, and a figure in writing becomes the figure they hold you to. The quote sheet image does show the numbers, so untick it above if you would rather those came from you in person.
Same angle as the email, shorter. Send the sheet picture alongside it if they ask for numbers. Per your rule, anyone not opted in goes out as Opt In Client in Focus.
They come out in that order however you tick them.
Only changes the printed quote sheet and the picture of it in the email. The payment, due at signing and term across the top always print — taking those off would make it not a quote.

Money factor and APR update each other. MF × 2400 = APR.
Saves the term, residual, money factor, mileage and the whole rate table below, so you are not retyping the program sheet all day.
Fills in from the appraisal and payoff above. Type over it to use a different allowance.
Leave list blank if you are not discounting. If the charged price is under list, the sheet shows the difference as a discount.
Ticked, it rolls in and shows up in the monthly. Unticked, they pay it at signing.
Pick by where the car registers, not where the store is — and use the customer's own county rate. New York defaults follow Tax Department Pub 838 (purchases) and Pub 839 (leases): the trade allowance comes off a purchase price, manufacturer rebates do not, a reasonable separately stated dealer fee and DMV at cost are not taxed on a purchase, and a lease is taxed up front on the payments plus anything collected at signing that is not already inside them. Rules change; confirm with F&I before you quote a new state.
Estimate only. Bank fees, local surcharges and program rules can move the final figure. Verify in the desking system before presenting.
Put in what the desking system says. This walks the ladder and names the first line that differs — residual, payment, due at signing on a lease; tax, then the amount, then the rate on a purchase.
Yours, not theirs. Nothing on this tab reaches a quote sheet, a voucher, the email or the text — and keeping it off the Numbers screen means it is not sitting there when you turn the monitor around.
Use whatever your desking system calls Cost, not invoice — holdback and dealer cash sit between them, and if the two disagree you will stop trusting whichever one you are not holding. The lease buy rate and markup live on the Numbers tab with the money factor.
Caps are what the lender will buy, not what the solver would like. Set them to your bank’s participation limit — the routes stop there and tell you they are short rather than reaching for points nobody will fund.
The paperwork that leaves your desk and goes to the desk, to finance and to DMV. Everything the tool already knows is filled in; what is below is the rest, typed once and used on every form.
Theirs, not yours — the consultant details on the quote sheet are separate and stay put when you start a new deal.
The account number and the customer's social stay off this screen on purpose. They print as blank lines for finance to fill in, so neither one is ever sitting in this file.
What goes on the Get Ready lines and the SPIFF note. SALES fills itself in from the consultant on the deal, so a deal Jaime works prints her name.
Tick what is already in the folder and it prints ticked, so the sheet that reaches the desk says what is actually done rather than being a blank form someone has to fill in twice.
Who is in for service, and which of them is worth walking up to. Put the mileage off the repair order and the payoff in as you get them — the order sorts itself, best position first. Anyone you add here gets a customer record, so none of it is typed twice.
The units you are working. Put a stock number or a VIN on a deal and the rest of the car fills itself in — including the invoice, so the Gross tab knows what you paid for it.
One record a person, not a deal. Saving a deal makes one and keeps it current; you can add anyone else by hand. Their details fill the deal and the folder in, so you type an address once.
What you owe somebody, and when. Nothing here prints or goes to a customer.
Built from the base stickers you supplied. It is Middletown Mazda's own sheet, not Mazda's factory label — the figures are yours and the car's own window sticker is the authority.
The report writes accessories as three-character codes and tells you nothing about what they are. Put a name against one here and it reads in words everywhere after that — on the car, on the import, and on the sticker. Nothing is guessed: a code with no name stays a code.
What goes on the quotes and vouchers you build. Changing it here changes it everywhere \u2014 your name on a sheet, and the name beside the customers you are working.
One copy of the book, shared. Paste the two values from your Supabase project once — Settings → API — and they stay in this browser. The key below is the anon public one; it is meant to live in a page, and the rules in the database are what actually protect the data. Never paste the service-role key anywhere.
One copy of the book, shared. This copy is wired to the store's project already — you signed in at the door. Send everything up pushes what is in this browser; Pull everything down replaces it with what the store has.
Pick the file once and every change writes straight to it. Put it in a OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox folder and the backup leaves this computer on its own. If the browser will not keep the permission, a dated copy lands in Downloads once a day instead.
Merge brings another machine’s work in alongside yours and never removes anything. Restore replaces everything here with the file, for a computer that has been wiped. With the store’s cloud connected your work is already on the server and on every other machine signed in, so these are for a copy running on its own — and for holding a file of your own that nobody else can reach.
